Good product, prompt delivery and excellent support
"Ordered a 2GB upgrade for a Toshiba Netbook. The website was very helpful in identifying the correct product, and the moneyback guarantee was comforting if it did not work. Delivered earlier than promised. Upon first try, the netbook did not recognize the new memory. I called the support service. Sam G I asked if I had the most recent BIOS. I said I thought I did. He sent a link to download the most recent BIOS and told me how to proceed. I followed his instructions. The new BIOS was updated, the new memory was recognized and my netbook memory is upgraded."
