"I bought a pair of Jaybird Freedom F5 headphones from Computer Software Plus (through Pricefalls.com). This seller listed them as "New". When I received the product, it was obvious it was used. I had a brand new pair to compare it to. The product I received from Computer Software Plus had: the original seal was open, accessories (ear fins & ear tips) were not the new Freedom F5 versions (they were either X2 (different model) replacements or knock-offs), and missing documentation. I contacted the seller as well as Pricefalls to let them know. I included photos and descriptions comparing them to the new/authentic set, proving the product Computer Software Plus sold me was not new. The seller did not respond to me. Pricefalls instructed me to return the product to Computer Software Plus for a refund, which I did. I then received an email stating that I was being issued a refund. There was a note included which read: "A 15% RESTOCKING FEE WAS TAKEN". So in the end, I had to pay for the original expedited shipping as well as a 15% restocking fee because the Computer Software Plus falsely sold a used product as "New". Buyers beware! This guy is selling these on ebay as well claiming they are new."

This is the second purchase from computer software plus. I purchased windows 2k server and a copy of visual foxpro. I've talked to them on the phone and I've used email to contact them. Both orders were sent in a reasonable time and everything was as it should have been.

The only drawback vs other online operations was the lack of email notifications. I really like how newegg keeps you posted on every aspect of your order.

"After checking here I order a TI-83 Silver edition calculator. About a week later a TI-83 regular edition arrived. I called and received an RMA number, but they refused to pay for the return shipment. Since it was their fault I would have hoped they would have paid for the shipping. About 2 weeks later the correct calculator showed up.
I will say that the people I spoke with on the phone were polite and helpful, if it wasn't for the return shipping costs I would rate them highly."
