"Wasn't the cheapest, but the cheapest with a respectable rating. There was a problem, at their end, that I did not receive an E-Mail receipt; however, I sent them an E-Mail and they contacted me promptly. It shipped same day as ordered. Arrived as described and without problems."

"I placed an order on December 21 and received a confirmation E-Mail, stating that processing should take 24-48 hours. I went with this company, because the company Micromatic didn't have, exactly, what I wanted and this company was a little cheaper than companies that did have it. On January 3, I hadn't heard anything; so, I tried to contact customer service, to find-out the status. It is a very cumbersomb process. The response simply said that if I wanted faster shipping, I should have paid extra. I wasn't even told that status of my order - very unfriendly. Customer No Service. Amazingly, my order shipped the day after I contacted them. It arrived a week later. I am pleased with the product. I may buy from them again, but I won't expect anything from customer service."
