"Purchased a digital camera for $600. After receiving the camera I decided it was inferior and called to request an RMA number (within 7 days). The camera was still in original packaging. I had intentions of purchasing another (more expensive) camera. I was referred to the manufacturer and told all digital camera sales are final. Their return policy is very vague and states 30 days. Will not do business with this company in the future. Buyer beware."
"Placed my order for a Panasonic FZ30 digital camera on 9/7 (Wednesday). At the time it was on backorder and was told it would probably not be available for shipment before the middle of the following week at the earliest. However a check of my order on their website on 9/9 (Friday) showed the order was in process and due to ship out that day. Sure enough I had my order the following Tuesday. I was very pleased with the turnaround, and the price (the lowest price I could find at the time). I also had a pleasant experience speaking with their customer service rep (I believe his name was Tony). He was very cordial and answered all of my questions. My only complaints would be that the packaging could have been a little better (although I received damage free) and that their prices tend to jump around when checking several times during the same day. Otherwise I would definitely order from them again."
"I placed an order for a palm pilot in the morning, chose standard shipping, and it sent out the same day. Good price. Didn't have to return it, so I cannot comment on their returns process."
"Ordered 5 server-class motherboards. As have been all my experiences with this vendor, this one was very good. All 5 arrived on time.
The only problem I had was this. They have an RMA policy that limits RMAs to 1 month. We ordered chassis from another vendor (who I also reviewed) and their delivery time was measured in months, so it wasn't until well after the RMA period was gone that I opened one of the boxes and found a bent pin on the LGA775 socket from a protector that had somehow become dislodged in shipping. I thought they might eat the cost of the RMA, but they didn't bend.
A little bit dissatisfying, but they've always been very prompt and they have a very large inventory, plus very friendly customer support. I guess I'll take my latest purchasing experience as a lesson to order all business needs for a project from a single vendor so there's only one neck to wring should it all go south.

"Not too happy with this company. I encountered 2 negative experiences. First one, I ordered a 1GB SODIMM chip and according to their website it was in stock. I selected the free 2nd day air option. Their website says they usually ship same day or the next business day. I ordered on a Friday afternoon and on Tuesday evening the website still said the order was in process. Even worse, they claim no way to cancel an In Process order.
Second issue, I placed an order for a laptop and a travel battery on a Monday, again their website said both were in stock. The next day I get a notice that the laptop was back-ordered. I went to try and cancel the whole order but the site only allowed me to cancel the back-ordered item. The battery still listed In Process, but for some reason could not be canceled. Even worse, they CHARGED my credit card for the back-ordered item. This was an expensive laptop. They said they issued a credit but 2 days later the charge is still on my card.
I shop a lot on the internet and most sites do not charge until the product is shipped. I have never had a backordered product charged to my card. Also, as someone else mentioned, they add a shipping charge to EACH item, not the whole order. This can increase your shipping\handling charges considerably. I called their customer service and they were not much help in resolving (friendly but not helpful). Basically said let us know if the charge is not credited in a couple more days. On the In Stock status, they said it is best to call us to make sure since our inventory status is not always up to date. Based on this experience I cannot recommend shopping with computers4sure.com."
"They are absolutely the worst. I select two-day shipping and they send everything 1-2 days later so it defeats the purpose of rushed shipping. Not only that, they deliver things in piece meal so additional days are added to the time you actually receive the items."
"I ordered an iRiver H320. I chose this reseller dispite the other poor ratings and I have no regrets. I got my mp3 player for $40 less than any other site I've seen. I didn't have to pay shipping and it arrived the very next day in perfect condition!

"Review thier archaic return policy before you buy. I bought a PDA that had a bad pixel in the middle of the screen. When I called for help they just transferred me to HP without warning. They do not return emails, including a request for RMA. I will never buy from them or thier parent company Office Depot again."
"I ordered an item 11 days ago that was "In Stock". C4S promises next-day shipping on all in-stock items.
My item is STILL listed as being "In Stock", but after two promises of receiving a call back after they "find out where it is", I have not received anything.
The item has since dropped $10 in price, but I am not allowed to cancel it, nor can they adjust my invoice total. This also means I can't order elsewhere since I can't verify that my C4S order is no longer active.. but no one actually knows where it is or when it will ship.
This was my first order from this store and I plan to make it my last, unless my item shows up next-day air with an adjusted total on my invoice."
"Exact same story as told below. No MP3 player available even though item was listed as "in stock" when my order was placed. Originally, there were 51 items "in stock" when my order was made. After waiting 4 days with no shipment confirmation or order progress, I contacted customer support via email. 24 hours later, I receive an email stating the item is out of stock. I respond back to them that the website currently shows 15 of these items as being in stock NOW!
I receive no further communication from them.
I am now attempting to cancel my order again waiting for a response from someone. To me, this seems to be a deceptive business practice.
I will not order from this company again."
"Ordered an MP3 player that they supposedly had 28 in stock at time of ordering, over the next few days the stock dwindled down to zero at which time I get an email saying it is now backordered, they obviously never had any in stock in the first place. Now I keep getting the ETA will be next week line that other have received. Twice I have tried to cancel my order with no avail. They seem to be of the same mentality of buy.com, even after you cancel, they will still ship it."

When I use newegg I usually can send the money order and also receive the item in the same week.
