"Product never arrived after 3 weeks (was suppose to ship within 1-2 days of order). They billed my credit card right away however. Three calls to there Customer Non-Service Department at ***-***-**** landed me in voicemail each time. I don't believe there's actually anyone in Customer Service. Each time I left my name, order # and call-back phone number but never received a call back. I called my credit card company to stop the payment. Another company doing business on Amazon shipped the product I wanted to my door within 3 days. Condomania.com - cool name for a company - but don't waste your time with them."

They told me I would get free magazine subscription and 100 free condoms but I never received them. Emailed customer service, no reply. They do not support paypal(don't ever use send money in Payapl for purchases)!
Just called them again. Finally someone answered and that was rude. She asked me if I wanted the item in my order or not(this is a valid excuse for delaying shipping for a year???), and said magazine subscription was not her business.
Should have just called my credit card company and filed a claim."

I made a fairly small order (about $35 of things - there was a deal on for 36 free condoms if I made a purchase of $19!). I mistakenly entered the wrong address, and despite the fact that it didn't exist, Fedex tried to deliver it anyway, and it disappeared. Even though it wasn't Condomania's fault, they sent the order again, this time to the right address. All it took was an email, and it was sorted right away! I certainly felt like a valued customer."
