extremely unresponsive / unhelpful customer service, lying about price match policies
"customer service takes more than a week to respond, with a very unhelpful altitude. Low Price Guarantee is a lie as they would make it the process unpractical. Good luck if you ever need to return anything / get warranty support, be wary of their restocking fee/ shipping deduction on top of **** customer service"

Poor customer service, refused to fix error on their side, unable to return
"Wellbots shipped order to the wrong address and refused to do anything about it. The order ended up arriving much later and they again refused to help with return. Worst shopping experience."

"The order was marked as shipped but UPS tracking showed waiting for picked up. Weeks later after several contacts there was absolutely no update and customer support claimed it was shipped. Absolutely the worst."

very slow shipping, customer service is worthless
"The item was not shipped days after order was placed. Then it was shipped with direct signature requirement for something less than $150. Customer service would not remove direct signature requirement. It is totally a waste of time to deal with jet.com."

"Their business practice is listing defective garbage as new/open box. After the items are sold, Digitalet changes the description to for parts/no return. Don't expect a refund. They have been doing this for years. On their ebay store they sell tons of dollar items to offset negative reviews they receive on high value fraud items."

"They brand themselves as some high end glasses retailer, but that's just the website. Support never responded to my emails. The glasses was not shipped after a week. It's probably made in China and sold for 3 times as much...."

"Very slow shipping. My order was not shipped until 2 weeks later. And the shipping itself takes another 2-3 weeks (Super Saver Shipping (10-20 Working Days)). If you need something any time soon, don't bother ordering stuff from myled.com"

"There is a myth going around that newegg honors manufacture rebates. I have a rebate denied and newegg refused to issue store credit and simply asked me to contact the manufacture. Without guaranteed rebates, newegg's price isn't that competitive... I was extremely unsatisfied with newegg's handling on shipping issues. An item should never take a month to arrive.... ever"

"SCAM! Buyer aware!! They told me I would get free magazine subscription and 100 free condoms but I never received them. Emailed customer service, no reply. They do not support paypal(don't ever use send money in Payapl for purchases)! Just called them again. Finally someone answered and that was rude. She asked me if I wanted the item in my order or not(this is a valid excuse for delaying shipping for a year???), and said magazine subscription was not her business. Should have just called my credit card company and filed a claim."

"frys.com shipped an order that has already been canceled and charged me for that. I called them and they told me it's my responsibility to return that package, which is shipped to an invalid billing address with wrong billing address. How can I receive and return it? They do not verify billing address. Frys refused to admit they received my request to cancel the order until I forwarded them the cancellation confirmation. And I refused the delivery for another order. When the delivery fails, they have to REFUND! But they claimed there is no RMA for that order. 2 reps told me I'll get refund next week, but I haven't got it until now, almost 2 months. Called today and the rep told me they never received the return from USPS and let me file a claim to USPS. How can I file a claim to USPS as a receipt, not knowing tracking # and sender address. They never provided me tracking number. No business with frys.com any more. Their customer support phone will put you on hold for at least 30 minutes and those reps are incredibly rude, some don't even speak English. I've been on hold for 3 hours a day trying to reach a c/s rep. Fry's email support doesn't reply to emails, sometimes my emails get refused by fry's email server. Worst business ever"
