"I feel that I may be jumping the gun on this review, considering after numerous attempts to make phone contact over the past week, I've only just resorted to submitting a ticket online to ConsoleSource regarding my order last night. But judging by the reviews that have been posted on orders in the same time period as mine that have been positive, I'm wondering where mine went wrong.
I ordered a cyclods Evolution + 8gb card on Dec 26th. I placed the order while out of town, and it would still be several days before I got home. I let it slip my mind, expecting to be pleasantly surprised when I got home to see my order waiting there. I decided to check my order status online, and it says it's "Queued". The payment came out of my account immediately upon ordering. The item was and is in stock. No one answers the phone, so why have one? It has now been over a week that my order has been "Queued", and their own knowledge base quotes 24 hour turnaround on packaging and shipping out. Based on the non-existent communication, and the less than expedient order processing time (as in, it's still in process) Two thumbs way down. Biggest disappointment and waste of $85. I should have stuck with Divineo, which is who I ordered my first cyclo from.

It is now January 7th, and I've submitted two support tickets. I have yet to hear back on either of them, and the 800 number has gone from no answer to always busy during business hours. Is this how they deal with phone calls? Once people start calling wondering what the hell they paid for, they take the phone off the hook? This is seriously the worst customer service I've ever had to endure. Actually, that's giving it too much credit, as there has been NO customer service. Completely nonexistent. If this continues, I'm going to file a complaint with their local police considering I've essentially been robbed. They have my money. They haven't delivered anything or bothered to communicate with me in any way."

After placing my order, I had to querie about one other order, they popped up an Instant Message panel soon after when I logged in at the site that evening after an exchange of mail. Very pleasant people, exactly like a Supermarket and superb and deligtful shopping experience. I cant but admire the approach, sincerity, quality, thier traits, norms, what all. To my product that arrived in a weeks time, I was so astonished, the product was listed with one function that was serious for me but when I opened the packaging, there were other functions alongside which left me so happy. I love ConsoleSource, my friends and whom all are here with me are so much happy we have them.
