"I am very satisfied whit ConsoleSource, they ever shipping the items in a fast time and this are delivery very quickly.
I buy several R4 units from they but in my last buying the R4 that i received are fake.
I contact the R4 team trough tickets and they answer to me and to accord to replace me the unit. I´m happy for that. I expect that all this replace process ends in a right way.
The only weird is certain employees of the sales department that give many bad answers and don´t want to help the customers closing the tickets without giving any solutions, but in the same way many employees are very responsible and have the helping spirit.
For this time they answer to me and guide to me on how to solve this thats is the only problem that i be having whit they.
Oh! another point: the Consolesource site sometimes works slow and this freeze for a while, please make anything to solve this too.

"Paid extra for 2 day shippping on 10/13/08. As of 10/18/08 my order still appears as "queued". no email or notification to let me know that my 2 day shipping request/purchase would not be fullfilled. Still no notification on when my order might be shipped or when I might expect to recieve my order.
Have attempted to call. No answer. Have submited a "helpticket". We will see what happens. I will update my review in a couple days.
UPDATE:
I did get my order 10-30-08. Although it would have been nice to be notified that my item was backordered and that the extra I paid for 2 day shipping was not going to get my order here any quicker, I am happy that everything arrived. I would order from here again. "
"I ordered an "M3 DS Real PERFECT Bundle" from ConsoleSource. The ConsoleSource site is very nicely organized, I was able to find what I wanted quickly. After I ordered, the delivery was nice and fast, and my M3 DS Real works very well.
One problem I had was that I bought the M3 DS Real PERFECT Bundle assuming I would recieve a Rumble RAM Pack instead of a normal Rumble Pack, because the picture of the product on the product's page (http://www.consolesource.com/ecomm/catalog/M3-DS-Real-PERFECT-Bundle-p-2805.html) showed a Rumble RAM pack.
I am slightly disappointed by this, as I was looking forward to using a RAM pack, but I only have a normal Rumble Pack. Any assistance ConsoleSource could give me would be greatly appreciated.
All in all, I enjoyed ordering from ConsoleSource, and we may do it again, though we wish descriptions or images of what you recieve were more accurate.
One more problem I have is with Resellerratings.com, whose link on ConsoleSource said I would receive a free 2 GB MicroSD card, but when I clicked the link it gave me, I was all of a sudden accepted for a $25 gas card giveaway, which I have less need of, believe it or not. I was looking forward to a free MicroSD card because the product I ordered requires one. If this can be remedied, I will greatly appreciate it."

"The Good:
- Arrived 7 days from order, including a 3-day delay because one item was out of stock.
- Good response on phone calls -- very helpful
- They list where they ship from (Ontario) ... a lot of stores bury this information, which makes it hard to tell if it will get shipped cross-border (and thus incur more fees).
- Returns process was relatively painless. Took 5 days to process after they received it.
The Bad:
- Hard to get in contact with: No response on support tickets, numerous times where phones aren't answered during business hours, sometimes for hours on end.
- The advertised "flat rate shipping" doesn't apply to some items. If you pick one of these items (which aren't marked), the shipping cost doubles without notice.
- No notification was given when my order was delayed or shipped. When delayed, the status of the order just changed to "Queued". All items were listed as in-stock, and 'will ship in 24 hours' when it was ordered.
- Online stock indicators lie; The product that my order was delayed for was still happily "In Stock" on the website during my 3-day delay.
- No option for Canadian currency. Buying locally should not involve foreign currency exchange.
- Before ordering, I called and asked whether one product would work with another. They said Yes, it would. Further, the product pages list each other under "related products". After it was delivered, I find out that the products are not compatible with each other, and won't work.
- The RMA request went unanswered for 5 days, far beyond the 24-48 hours listed on the site. The RMA notice arrived a few minutes after I phoned in and asked about it.
- Again, no notice that they had received the RMA. Had to call in 5 days after they received the package and ask about the status: got the refund the next day.
Overall, when I could get ConsoleSource on the phone, everything was easy and taken care of, but don't bother sending in tickets, they don't get answered. I definitely don't get a warm and fuzzy feeling from this retailer (each time I'm left in the dark about what's going on with my order, get no response, or can't get in contact with them, I feel like I've been ripped off). However, if you have the patience to micromanage your order if there are any problems, they are decent at actually delivering the order."

seems they now respond after seeing the review. everything is cool wish it would not have come to this. they did not send tracking info on timely matter but only after the fact. only responded after the fact.
but i would deal with them again. just dont expect tiemely customer service

i opened multiple tickets after this company wouldn't respond to the first ticket and they only phoned after i made review here.
yes it was delivered but all of the above should have happened before it was delivered.
