"Horrible customer service. Last year I ordered some R4's without realizing that they don't support the higher capacity memory cards. Almost immediately I sent out emails to their support contacts about canceling the order and just reordering the right things.

No Response.

I tried calling the phone number. BUSY for HOURS. I called repeatedly in 15 minute increments on business days and no response. I just started sending an email evey day for a week as I knew they were backed up and wouldn't send my R4's till after the new years.

No response, nada, zip. I tried all the email addresses for support and sales. In the end I received my R4's as fast as they could.

I have ordered from them before but never had a customer service issue. Being this is the first time I had to contact them I was annoyed that I couldn't contact them by any means. Being that I was a resaler myself I loathed to do a charge reversal. I ended up just selling the R4's at a loss and buying from another company.

I would of been happen with an email of "Sorry we missed you, but we were swamped" but not even that.

They are always fast on deliveries and they have a great order system, but with that kind of support, It makes me wonder how well they accept returns.

PS - I know it was Christmas, but they could of ATLEAST sent a mail about the support issues."

"I placed my order from ConsoleSource because I believed they had the best prices. I received my order and when it arrived I had no need for it anymore. I sent it back and waited. I was supposed to be notified within 48 hours when they received my return but was not notified at all. I had to contact them about getting refunded. I used their "Support Help Desk", a kind of message center, to contact them where replies from them would take an average of 3-4 days. It was a frustrating process but I was refunded in the end and did not have to pay the restocking fee (I think they forgot it). I would probably buy from Console source again for their cheap shipping and decent prices."
