"I was unable to receive my product after nearly 3 months of trying to correct a typo. There was a simple typo in both my billing address and my shipping address i had entered "1456" and i had meant to enter "1546" I contacted them once a week regarding this, and they were very helpful and said that everything would be changed and the order would arrive shortly. When i saw that the order had been billed to my credit card, i thought that everything was fine. After the day had come and gone that they said the new package would arrive i contacted them when i didnt get it, and they said it had been sent to the 1456 address again (there is no such address.) This process of correcting my address, and waiting for the new package, and not receiving it happened several more times, and spanned several months. They were very good about canceling my order when i finally realized that was what it was going to take to get my product. Even after all the trouble i went through, i would still recommend this site, as the LIVE chat service was very useful and the customer support was good about helping me, even when it didnt always work."
