My order was processed quickly and I was suitably impressed by the delivery time! The unit arrived within a couple of days.
The product was terrific and I used it for several days.
After a week I began to have issues with the card. I figured that I was stuffed, but I contacted ConsoleSource and told them the problem. I was VERY pleased by their level of service. I sent them the card back, and a new card was shipped back to me within the week.
Again a solid experience.
