"Worst experince ever. Item never arrived. I had to fill a claim with my credit card company in order to finally (after 3+ months) receive a refund of what I paid. Phone service is extremely poor. Email service is non-existent. They have a claim system that didn't worked for me. Filled a claim more than 3 times only to have them closed the next week. The only 2 times I was able to contact a representative, I was told the item shipped on different dates while the truth was the item never shipped (which was later confirmed by them upon giving my refund). Will never buy anything again."
