"At the time I placed my order, construction gear claims that I requested a name on my hard hat for an additional $3.00. Why would I pay for that when I have my own label maker? Because of their mistake, the postponed mailing me the hard hat until they heard from me, "wanting to know what name I wanted on the hard hat", so it took like 2 or 3 weeks for me to get my order delivered. Then when I opened the package, I noticed that they have sent me a welders hard hat with lugs on each side of it, definitely not what I ordered!!!"
