"One item was out of stock. I received a call and an email giving me option to wait for new stock or pick a different color. In the mean time they shipped the items that were in stock immediately and shipped my other item - at no extra cost- as soon as I called back with a color selection.

"Ordered work gloves. They were shipped UPS ground. I assumed they were coming directly to us, but instead were transferred to the postal service for delivery. We have a P.O. box & no delivery, so we had to wait in line when we went to pick up our mail. Not what I expected. I entered our physical address 1st, & then the P.O. Box because of the credit card billing address, but when I called I was told that the box # appeared 1st and that's where they delivered to. That's not how the address was shown on my order confirmation. This will definitely make me think twice about ordering from this company again. "
"I asked how the package would be shipped. FedEx. So I gave physical address. FedEx gave it the post office, but they don't deliver to this address. FedEx doesn't deliver to PO box and PO doesn't deliver to this physical address. You have to make up your mind. "
