"I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED when i received the pc game bundle i had ordered. When i ordered the game the condition was stated as new/open box. OK, i understood one of the games was to be opened, but i thought it would have been in decent condition. Not only was it the wrong version of the game- i ordered the dvd-rom and received only 1 of 4 discs of the cd-rom, but it also had scratches, fingerprints, and a crusty muck of sorts on it. Everything else in the box was correct- the manual, product code, 'bonus' disc and the case were all for the dvd-rom. The other game in the bundle was fine i guess it was 'new'- wrapped in plastic and all (i didnt open it- i figured what was the point?) It wouldnt have been a big deal if i had received the ENTIRE game- i would have gotten over it.

"1] I REALLY did NOT LIKE the non-PayPal checkout procees although they do state this in a less than obvious way on the item offering page. In light of #2 below, I was taking a bigger risk by losing the PayPal buyer protection.
2] The ITEM CONDITION WAS NOT AS STATED - it said "fatory sealed" & not only was it open, but their was a fingerprint on the CD
3] The redeeming fact, however, was that upon check with Webroot, the ISV, the 3 User license key was valid and unregistered.
I think that with a large liquidation company like this one, you simply take your chances. They cannot be accurate all the time and things will happen. In this case, since the key was ok, I did not have to use their complaint process. I have a feeling it would be an uphill battle, but that is simply a feeling and I have not factual basis except looking at the size of the operation."

The next-to-last order screen will often contain one shipping figure that suddenly balloons to something much larger on the last page. If you don't pay close attention to the shipping charge figure, you will end up being hosed by this site. "Picture of item didn't look right - tried to contact them about it - only contact method was through a web page form which leaves the customer with no record. I asked them to cancel the order if the item was not what I expected, but they sent an email that simply stated the order status - no mention as to my concerns of whether the product was the correct one or not. Furthermore, the email had a no return address 'From' field so you couldn't respond to it - that's totally unacceptable. You can't have a conversation if it's only one way.
Now for the good part - the price was exceptional for the product and it was indeed a proper cartridge for my printer (the pic had to be wrong).
Suggestions:
1) Provide an email address and telephone # for communications. The email address would allow you to keep a record of your conversation (unlike the web form which leaves them with all the history and you with nothing). Optionally, they could CC the customer with the message that they input into the form AND with a proper return email address (see 2 below) which would also accomplish the same thing.
2) Make sure there is a return address on all emails so you can respond to an email if you have further questions/responses - don't force the customer to have to go back to the web page creating discontinuity in the communication process.
3) Address the concerns of the customer - don't just send a form response - respond to the exact concerns of the customer. In my case, they should have stated the pic was wrong and the cartridge was indeed the correct one for my Kodak Easyshare 5100 AIO printer.
4) Provide a better description of the item in the first place - in this case what were the appropriate printers the ink cartridge could be used on and a complete description of the product.
