"I purchased a V-tech cordless phone. The phone was delivered promptly, but batteries were not included. The seller didn't specify that, sort of deceitful since batteries are always included in cordless phones. I'm disappointed in that. Batteries are expensive, the phone can't be tested until I buy batteries and charge them and as of now, July 15, I still don't know if the phone is in working order. Returns must be done within 7 days, so I'm sure I'll miss that deadline if the phones are not usable. The seller did say "what you see is what you get." Obviously, batteries were not pictured, but neither were the belt clips, which were included. So, the seller's claim is not quite accurate.
Also disappointing: seller doesn't return e-mails. Communications is poor. I gave a positive e-bay rating because I did not want this company giving me a negative rating. I am satisfied with the appearance of the phone, but don't know if it will work."
