"Item looks new and heats up well, but then turns off. I am going to get ahold of shark cust service and see what to do next since it was sold as new. It isn't that it will not work. Update.
I got ahold of the manufacture tech support and found out what was wrong with the steamer. It seems The steamer had an air lock where it generates steam, and that was why it wouldn't stay on. This seems to be a problem with the shark steamer. It is working fine now. Thank You for the follow up. Jerry Cordell"
