I purchased a Sony digital camera from Ebay, and it was advertised as " New in Box", but came without an owner's manual. I tried 6-7 times to contact Returndealz about this, and did not receive a response until I threatened to leave negative feedback. The response I received was " download the manual from the Sony website", which is 128 pages long, using my paper and a lot of ink from my printer. My frustration comes mainly from the fact that I feel the product was not advertised accurately, and it is next to impossible to receive a response after the sale, and not a satifactory one at that!

shipped promptly. My only suggestion is to improved the packing method. Item is a sensitive electronic item that is affected by static. Item was shipped loose in a bubble mailer. Item should be shipped in ant-static wrap or bag.

"It would be nice if this eBay seller (swdiscounters) were able to combine shipping for multiple auctions. The first two items I received did come FedEx, but then I observed that they generally use USPS and pay $1.42 for shipping for most items, but charged $7.00 for shipping. On the other hand, I did receive all items (and I bought quite a few) intact, as advertised, and within a reasonable timeframe. In that sense, so far, I have had good experience with this seller."
