on the description there was a general warning that stated games may or may not come with cd-key.
I think they say that just to cover themselves.
I didn't see this till after I bid.
Fortunately when the item arrived it did indeed have a valid cd-key, and it was still in the original box, with all original materials!
I recieved package less than 3 full days after I won the auction!
I am very pleased with my transaction.
Only thing I will do differently next time is confirm that a valid cd-key comes with the game.

Lightning fast tracking information, item arrived in three days. Excellent smooth Ebay transaction and good communication through out sale and follow up.
However, I would recommend better packaging. Item was shipped in flimsy original retail box and not taped well, bottom of box was open and it was crushed. There was no documentation (shipper and/or invoice) or user manual in box. Perhaps they were lost in transit or not included? I was very fortunate my steamer did not get damaged or parts lost.
Overall, very satisfied with steamer and Ebay experience.
