"This was my second purchase from this company and my last.I read their description over and over and it reads as though the complete "House of Blues Guitar Kit"is all there when it arrived it was just a guitar in the box that the complete kit comes in.When I wrote them they said this was for the guitar only period.When I told them I wanted a RMA for I was not happy or they could send me the rest of the kit(strap, amp ,stand,etc)They prceeded to send me an RMA for just the price of the guitar not the shipping which was overpriced considering I only live 20 miles from their ship point,so I told them to forget it I'll resell this instrument myself and just remove them from my favorite searches.Thank You for listening.Ray"
