"To be honest I was nervous about dealing with them. After I paid for my item I went back and looked at their feedback. There was alot of unsatisified customers. Anything from wrong item, cd was no good, item broke, etc... And all of them said that the seller would not respond. They have a "sold as" in their item description. However they do not show you or tell you what the item is like. It only says the title of the game you are buying. So you take a chance buying from them.
The item did arrive fast. The orginal box appreared to have been previously opened. But everything seemed to look like it was there. The game installed no problems.
But... I also orderded another game from them. This one seems to have a nasty scratch on one of the install disks. So far I havent been able to install the game yet due to this. I am hoping when I clean the disk it will work.
Overall I would say the experience with this company was ok. The offer big name games for cheap prices. But it would seem Buyer beware. I am hoping my other game installs. If not I am out only $.01 for the game but $7 to have that game shipped. In the future I might take another "chance" on ordering another game from them. But I would be careful not to spend too much on the game.
If I can make suggestions I would offer them a few. The first being to be more personal. If you do have a problem with the product you are out of luck. They need to change this. If not atleast give a complete discription or even a picture of the actual product. Most gamers are kids without alot of money. And to sell them a game that is unplayable for whatever reason is fraud. No matter what your sold as says. Also I would say that you should not send negative feedback to someones account just because they left you some. I saw that everytime someone left you negative feedback you left negative feedback. That is pretty lame. If they paid for an item on time there is no reason to leave negative feedback. Feedback should be left by the seller when they recieve payment. "
"I was a little confused. I was looking for a discription and ended up spending time googling for descriptions of what was for sale. I sent an email asking, and was told to contact customer service. Whether I was tired or lazy it was too confusing to me on what I was to do. I googled and found the info I needed. Yes I bought anyway. Delivery was fast and the item was as pictured.

"Before item was ever shipped, I left 2 messages about problems I had with checkout procedure. I received automated responses to the messages, but have still not received answers to messages. The checkout process was difficult to locate, and once located, the process did not have a secure server. I was required to enter credit card info., but the connection was not a secure encripted connection. The http on the address becomes https when you have a secure encripted connection. That NEVER DID happen. Identity fraud is rampant, and I was required to send my personal info., on an unsecure connection. Not a good situation. Although, I complained, and said in my message that I would never shop with them again, I still got no response, at all. I left positive feedback on ebay because the shipping, and product was fine, but I again stated in the feedback that I was not happy with the checkout process. I got an automated response because I left positive feedback, and was asked to leave feedback here.
