"I bid on an item on ebay on Monday night and won the item. I paid for the item on Tuesday morning by completing the simple checkout instructions provided. I received a FedEx tracking number on Wednesday evening indicating I would receive the delivery on Monday. It arrived from TN to CT by FRIDAY.

I am very impressed with the efficency of this seller and the automation in place. Considering the number of items they sell every day from ebay I would've never expect such a smooth and easy transaction.

I am leaving this comment as a result of multiple purchases from this seller over the last few months I have purchased four items from this seller. His policy is very clear and I felt very easy to live with. Three of the items I purchased were fine with just small problems but one did not work at all. The item was listed as working perfectly and in the original box. This led me to believe they actually took it out and tested it. When I received the item it would not even charge in the holder. The price of the item with shipping was only about 11.00 dollars and if I shipped it back my refund would have been 1 cent. The cost of shipping out weighed the money back guarantee that they give if you it does not work and you wish to return it. I left the gentleman nuetral feedback... because I felt that in this case it deserved that feedback and it does not hurt his rating. I made payment for this item within minutes of purchase and provided a quick response to his communications if any were made. He left me nuetral feedback in retaliation for the nuetral that I left him and that kind of customer support is unacceptable for any reason. A customer in the eyes of a business is always right and though sometimes you may not be able to please them you should always treat them as if you want their business. This particular seller does not wish to have my business anymore. I would hope that he will learn from this experience in that he will treat his customers in a manner that is in line with the general standards and practices of good customer care.
