If there was anything that I would ding them for was $14 shipping cost and their packaging. The speakers came in the standard speaker box like you buy from the store, deffinately not how you would ship electronics thru the mail, very little protection. So even if they would have shown up broken they were still sold "as is" so the company was covered. I guess I got lucky with this one. "

"Laptop was described as being new in an opwn box. Unit was ANYTHING but new, it is USED, scratched on the bottom and the top. Missing rubber leg peg on the bottom of the unit, no wireless card as described in the options. Overall condition is poor and used.
