"My boxed set of dvd's arrived in a timely manner, packed well for shipment, and all were in good shape. My winning bid amount on eBay was very reasonable. Shipping costs were not excessive. Originally I was worried because of the merchant's disclaimers on its auction posting regarding "as is" sale and no returns allowed, plus the item's descriptive info DID NOT make it clear that these were region 1 dvd's (although they are). My only concern is that the merchant could not or would not answer any questions about the item, claiming that due to the volume of sales it was not possible for them to know things about their merchandise which I think would be quite easy to know.

All in all I consider the outcome to be a positive one, and now that I know the quality of their merchandise I will not hesitate to buy from this merchant again."
