"swdiscounters; software resellers who deal in high volume low cost items. The items are cheap but the shipping and handling is padded a little to make up for the price. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
1.They sent me the wrong item. It was not the item clearly listed on the Ebay auction.
2. They refused to send the correct item or issue a refund unless I paid for the return shipping of their mistake. Their return web form listed a refund for the price only not the padded shipping and handling, even though it was completely their mistake.
As a customer I know mistakes happen but I expect the seller to correct it in a timely manner without the buyer paying any additional fees. As a customer of swdiscounters I was completly unsatisfied and won't be doing business with them again. "

"I would certainly do business with swdiscounters again, but initially, I've had serious doubts from this company from the beginning. I mean, a 92% rating from ebay and an upfront warning on their site saying "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" and items sold "AS-IS" without any guarantee. Also, they don't accept paypal. So I took a chance and bid on a used PC version of Edlers Scroll Oblivion and got it for $11.95 + $7 S&H. I mean, this is compared to a new copy that sells for around $50. The game arrived quickly (within a week) and well packed. The game itself was in PERFECT condition, not a single scratch on the disc and ALL manuals and maps and even the bonus fake coin were there. I am very pleased! So, yes they are a little bit scary to deal with, but in the end, I got a great deal that couldn't be matched any where else by a long shot AND a product that was much better than expected.
