update; I received my second order in a timely fashion. I did have one box that was not up to standard, with the cover closed there was a gap that was noticeable. I have packaged up the three boxes (two from the previous order) with the order forms and requested replacement boxes and to be compensated for the cost of the return postage, either in credit or additional boxes. Again I will post an update. I received a call from Laura at consumer crafts regarding my return, she told me that you just can't return items, you have to call them to let them make the decision as to whether or not it is something they will allow you to return there for I wasn't going to get my return postage reimbursed. They also looked at the large box and found no problem with the lid, this is true as I discovered that I sent back the wrong box. I have already stained the damaged one so I am stuck with that one. She also said there was nothing wrong with the smaller two boxes so they put them back in stock and will be crediting me back for those boxes. I don't have any faith that will happen. So I have already started looking for another supplier as I am very unsatisfied with both the product and the customer service. as I titled this review, You get what you pay for. "
