"Ordered some embossing folders. They all arrived. The names on the packaging do not match the names on the order forms, making it difficult to ensure I got my whole order. When I was placing my order I couldn't get into my prior order, so ended up ordering additional folders I previously ordered. Since there is a cost to return the products and a restocking fee, I won't be returning the items. Not many companies have a restocking fee any longer, especially if the customer is willing to exchange or take a credit. But since I am happy with the products, overall service, and shipping...I can't totally fault the company for my own error of ordering duplicates."
