"Order table top trees and received order conformation. Material did not come I on expected date, therefore called to check. Was told material was out of stock and I would get product. The website does not update as inventory is depleted. This was extremely disappointing as I was counting on those supplies to be delivered. I would have not known they were not sending them if I had not have called to verify the order.

My order was on my doorstep on Wednesday, I was shocked and very pleased by the super fast service.
The only down side is the out of stocks, there are some items I would love to order but they are never in stock. I know you have little control over the manufactures, if they don't make it you cant stock it.

"I appreciated the delivery time being a day earlier than what your service agent estimated. It was raining buckets when it arrived though, & I was not home. The box got drenched! I ordered styrofoam cones & mason jars...they were wrapped in plastic & did not get wet. The quality is excellent & the prices were the best to be found! I was disappointed that the marker artist pad I ordered was not wrapped in plastic; it got a little damp around the edges. You can't control the weather but might want to consider plastic wrap for All items in future to protect purchases from elements. "
