"It started out with ordering. I would click the item into my cart and found a totally different item in my cart. Had to go back, write the item number down, go to my cart, search the item with the item number , then click on it. Also, the photo of the item was very deceiving. I ordered Christmas color birds (saw red ones on the pic), then when the item was received, they were blue birds. I called and the rep did not suggest any ways to solve my problem. I will probably never order from here again. "
