"I was pleased with the deal on the Spectrum Noir alcohol markers. They are quite expensive at full price and this was a really good price. The package arrived on time and I was sent a link to be able to track it. My doorbell was out of order, but the box was left in a utility closet near my door. The box was so badly damaged that I was amazed it arrived in one piece without any of the contents missing. Obviously the package was not handled very carefully. When I opened the box, it was obvious that it was too big for the contents, and there was no crumpled paper, air pillow or foam pellets to take up all the empty space, so the markers were rolling around in the oversized box. Some of the markers had fallen out of their individual packages, but there were none missing. As far as I can tell, the markers were not damaged. I have not used them yet."

"Your products are always as expected and delivered on time. However, you really need to review your packaging methods. The last two packages I've received from you have not survived the shipping handling well. The tape breaks & the package appears to have been opened. So far there have been no missing or damaged items but it's only a matter of time - a box with an open flap is pretty tempting. Where I live we have a large mailbox center & postal employees distributing here to large boxes for pick up so it has not been bouncing around in their trucks.

Being a first-time customer I was worried that it would not be replaced or I would have to pay some exorbitant shipping and handling charge. I called the return number expecting the worst but instead I was greeted by a friendly voice who apologized and gave me the choice of a full refund or replacement. "It's been over a decade since I ordered a product on line that took a whole minute just to input my name and mailing address. Another minute for order info, fully over five minutes just to order one item. The server is ancient and loading is sooooo sssslllloooowwwww. Even then when I clicked submit, the page came back with some info missing saying I had to reload. Even going back to the homepage took forever. This site's web design is so "I Did It Myself!" and it shows. Bad layout, tiny type. Honestly, if I hadn't wanted the candle I would have jettisoned within 15 seconds on contact. Consumercrafts must be losing a bundle of orders from people who can't use their lunch hour to order. If this wasn't bad enough, the postage was outrageous, and the candle had half melted when delivered. Live and learn, you get what you pay for only this time I paid in time and money. Excruciating!"
