Items in stock are of the same quality/brand as those found in local and competing craft stores with pricing some times more than 50% less. Only one item (#2025-179) a 35 compartment plastic storage container was received today, which was cracked in shipment and will need to be replaced. This experience will determine if they stand behind their products and their shipping process."
