"ordering seemed easy for new rx. would have been nice to see my uploaded rx filename on the final order page or in the confirmation email. i saw "uploaded successfully" when it was upoaded but then no other sign of it to give me peace of mind that there will be no issues. the processing fee is a little suspect as i don't see that with other vendors, but overall the bottom line per box is cheapest. i assume there's a catch should i ultimately have problems with my order. let's hope the process from A-Z is uneventful. Not trying to be negative - the fee simply seems unusual - why not work it into the price per box vs trying to lure people in with ultra low per box prices - taking a chance on your company and service.
Update 3/12/24 updating to five stars. All lenses came in within a few days and no issues with delivery at all! Overall still the lowest price per box, even with that wretched price allocation (low per box fee and high processing fee)…no waiting months on end for a rebate like one of their competitors. Thank you for squelching my skepticism! "
