"I have never had a worse experience. They promise fast shipping, BULL! I ordered weeks ago and finally, only have a tracking number. The tracking number is USELESS though because my order has still not left. I have emailed them several times, and I have only empty promises. You would think that if they KNOWINGLY took this long to ship, they would upgrade shipping, but NO! They mark it shipped with a bogus tracking number to keep you from complaining any more. "Paid for my contacts. Got an order confirmation. They emailed to say my contacts were out of stock that I needed to upgrade and pay more. I've had to call them 3 times and email them 3 times. Just to "upgrade" my order. The ad is a bait and switch. And, the customer service is not willing to make good on their promises. I was also told my upgraded order would ship that day if I hurried up and paid the new invoice. I called to check after I paid the new invoice. They said it won't be shipping for 24-hours. The manager said that her customer agent didn't she they would ship same day that it was impossible for her to say that. They are unwilling to make good on promises undelivered."

The website was easy to navigate and the email confirmations were clear and helpful for tracking the order and printing my insurance receipt. "
"I have ordered.from this company 3 or 4 times in the past and normally have my contacts in 2 to 3 weeks tops. I ordered contacts November 17 and at 1st received an email they would ship soon. Then i received an email that they were backordered and would ship in 7 to 10 days. December 20th i called because still no contacts. At 1st i was told they werent sure when they would be in because they brand i use were in high demand and hard to procure. I asked about canceling and they said sure but l w t them check to make sure if they could give a definitive ship date 1st. They came back and said they would ship by the end of last week. Well today i finally get a notice that they have printed the shipping label although not yet picked up. So now with the holidays i will probably bot see them until the 1st week of January. So I am looking at anywheres from 45 to 48 days c rom order to receive. I have called other sites and they all state they have them in stock and can ship immediately and have never had a problem with keeping them in stock as a they are a common brand. With many sites promising to meet or beat any competitors price and seeing as how this seems to be becoming a common complaint for this sight I will now look elsewhere in the future."
"I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Contacts1st.com. Although in the past I have placed other orders, I am unlikely to ever utilize their services again and do not recommend them. Most recently, I placed an order on 6/15/17 and did not receive it until over 5 WEEKS later on 7/21/17! They did not indicate that the items were out of stock until AFTER the order was processed and first stated a 7-10 day delay followed by another 5-7 delay when in fact it took over 5 weeks! No additional updates nor tracking info was provided until week 5. If I had known this, I would have ordered through one of several other companies that had them in stock at a similar price. I emailed them 3 times and finally called them to speak with a supervisor who was defensive, seemed uncaring, and not very pleasant despite my being professional. (Initial phone rep would not even state what city he was located in when asked- ridiculous.) Only after requesting it twice via email, they were willing to reverse the $9.95 shipping charge but NOT the inflated $13.50 "handling" charge despite the poor service experience. This all surmounted to extremely poor customer service, poor problem resolution & handling, and is unacceptable. You may want to think twice before using this company."
"Ordered my contacts and was told that it would be shipped shortly. Charged my account for it, then all of the sudden the lenses are backordered. Call 10 days after the order and was told that shipment was coming in hopefully by the end of the week (however no guarantees - which when you have your last pair in your eyes, not a good thing). Did a little internet sleuthing this morning and found the most reputable contact lens provider who had the contacts in stock and would ship them out today and beat the price of Contacts1st. Called to Contacts1st to cancel order and get a refund and to my shock, no problem they will refund right away. This was weird to me considering the excuse from the first representative that I spoke with said they charge immediately because they do not keep any cc numbers on file. Given that statement, wondering how I am getting a refund. Will be interesting - and btw, before I started this review, I emailed my prescription to the new provider and in less than 5 minutes I have received an email thanking me for emailing it and everything looks great and the order will ship today. What a great company they are."
"Ordered ~29 days ago, was contacted days later that the contacts were not in stock. Three times now the estimate for when they'd receive it was pushed back, and every single time *I* would be the one contacting them a week after the estimate. They offered to ship me partial, but no thanks - when I'd get the rest of the order nobody knows. Bad service, scammy website - don't sell items you don't have in stock nor order promptly for the customers, if ever. Don't bother! I'll be doing a chargeback if things aren't resolved by next week - and I give a *lot* of leeway, a week each time to get things rolling!"
