"Let me add to the bad ratings. DO NOT order from this company! HORRIBLE customer service, or to be more precise, there is NO customer service. I ordered an item for a birthday present and even upgraded the shipping so it would arrive on time. I received no confirmation email that's pretty standard these days for online retailers. I tried to email and call after a few days w/no response. I then ordered the same item form another company and received email confirm immediately and the item arrived promptly. Two weeks later, I receive an email telling me item was shipped! I then tried to call and email, once again, to tell them I want a refund, and to inquire as to where I should ship the item back to. No response. Luckily I used PayPal. They saw my woes and told me what address to ship back to. As long as I provided PayPal w/the carrier and tracking number, then all was well, and I got my refund. I only wish I would've seen all these bad reviews before ordered. AVOID THIS CO. AT ALL COSTS!"

I placed an order with them on July 14, 2009. They promptly charged my credit card. As of August 3, I had yet to receive my order. I emailed them with an inquiry asking if I could have the tracking number for the shipment. No response. Nearly a week later, I phoned them and left a message. They phoned back saying they are showing the order as "processing" and will get back to me. I phoned back several times and emailed several times and they continued to ignore all messages.
After SEVERAL emails and phone calls, they finally emailed me back today letting me know that they had shipped out my order on July 17. They then provided me with the tracking number and told me if I had an issue to take it up with USPS. Now, here's the fun part. I check the USPS website and it does confirm that the "package" had been delivered. To an Armed Forces Base in Germany. My package should have gone to Washington State. Thoroughly impressive. Looks like they just picked a tracking number out of thin air and tried to apply it to my order. I emailed them back with something to that effect. I highly doubt I will ever get a reply.
Upon further research, I was disappointed to see many negative reviews there are of them on Amazon's website (http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/seller/at-a-glance.html?ie=UTF8&seller=A90X1CD3S9B72). If only I had done my research beforehand. It's possible that they may fulfill half the orders they receive (which would account for the small handful of positive reviews online), however, just try getting them on the phone. If you get a human being that answers, I'll be SHOCKED. Go ahead, try to call - 1-***-***-****. It's either busy, or you can some generic message (the person at extension 790 is unavailable, please leave a message after the tone") and they NEVER call you back. Nor do they reply to your emails. I have now launched a fraud suit with my credit card company to get my money back.

"The website stated items would ship within 3 business days. I waited with no word at all, for a week, I then called customer service a couple times, never making it to a human. Giving me the impression that their storefront is much bigger than they 'really' are. I Then contacted the store by email to receive a refund. Refund was given promptly with the following note:
