Today I went to look it up to see what the delay was and found that the tracker says it was delivered last Tuesday, 12/21/21. It was not delivered. Our office is not so big that a 12 pound box just disappears. I do not believe it was shipped, not sure if it is Controls Central or UPS, but so far I got the shaft. Good luck to me to get this resolved in my favor."
