"On the front end, greeted with a very responsive, able, and courteous agent. Saw the picture and believed that I was ordering what she told me was an original White-Rogers 1996 50A-50-471 Heater control board for a couple hundred (I was willing in order not to have to go through the "find and match" game with all of the connections - this way it was a straight one-to-one. E--- has used ones for the same price.

What came in the mail four days later was a replacement board for the W-R. Onk, wrong answer. Started the process of calling and securing a return and refund. Called CC CS and was told "no problem" our boo boo we'll send out a post paid UPS label. Three days later no email. Followed up with CS and agent said she wasn't sure how the return process worked when they made the error and would have to check and send me something.

My point - this went from what seemed professional to something tacky and less than seamless with no apology and some miscues around helpful courteous customer care/service. Did get the packaging label the next day (oversized as a print form) and hand delivered it to the UPS Store here in town keeping all of my receipts.

Am now waiting for the refund. Hoping that is seamless and professional.

The rating I am giving is obviously an exception to the hundreds of satisfied customers... my experience may be due to the folks that are outside the on line "shop" who actually fill the order and then have to handle their own returns. I am speculating but the return address was an individual and her private return address in Fargo, ND - not CC - address. Also, the charge for the board they sent to me was more than I would have been willing to pay for "that" board. "
