Update: Controls Central had reached out to me with concern regarding my experience, and showed great customer appreciation and they highly value their customers feedback and take action to make improvements. I have changed my rating from a two start to a four star because of their level of care and attention they showed me. I would have given them a 5 star, but the company YRC that they use to freight my components in made this a miserable experience. While Controls Central went above and beyond to even pay the additional fees to expedite my shipment, I still have to drive 40 minutes to pick it up, as YRC let is sit at their Transfer station for two days without calling me to schedule a drop off appointment. I finally had to call them and go pick it up to avoid further delays.

Again, had Controls Central chosen a better shipping service, that was easier to work with, or provided more shipping options, this would have been a 5 star review. I would still highly recommend Controls Central as their customers service and the individual care they provide to each customer is outstanding. "

The price was so good I called to talk to a representative to make sure there wasn't a catch.
