In my previous order, they accidently sent the wrong edition of the game I ordered. I called them and they resolved the issue and immediately shipped out the right version the same day. They also offered to either have the mistake to be picked up by UPS or to purchase it at 50% off. I chose to buy the game.

"I was attempting to purchase almost $500 worth of merchandise on 5/13/2008. Unfortunately, due to a mix-up with my business partner's billing and shipping addresses, I received the following email the same day:
Thank you for your order.
The billing address on the order did not match the information returned from the credit card company. It is company policy that we obtain the correct billing address from the credit card holder before we ship an order.

I called customer support on 5/14/2008 to get to the bottom of the issue and the the representative informed me that the order could not be processed if the billing address does not match the shipping address, and that the order would be canceled. Shortly afterwards, I received an email informing me that the order was canceled. This is where my problems began. Much to my surprise, the credit card was charged anyway, and $120 worth of overdraft fees were incurred due to the unexpected transaction. On top of all this, the merchandise wasn't even shipped.
Multiple calls to customer support resulted in no resolution. I spoke with Mr. Parkhurst this afternoon. Wade made no attempt to compensate for the mix-up and was unable to offer even a satisfactory apology. Instead, he refused to acknowledge the possibility that customer service had given me incorrect information. His contention is that, since the representative did not notate my account, it is impossible that the conversation took place. He was very combative, and continued to argue and claim that the blame rests solely on our (the customers) shoulders."
