"They were advertising a galaxy watch I had to wait 5 weeks to receive my order ! When I finally received it, it was nothing like what they advertised I msg them back and sent pictures is the watch and how different they were so they wanted to refund me $8 when I paid 39.99 us I have not accepted the offer and am pushing for my full refund which I doubt I’ll get back ! Don’t buy from these people they are scammers !!! They diserve to be shut down !!! "
"Coolerstar / Top & Tech are HORRIBLE! I placed an order with them for some keyboards on 11/17/06 (paid by credit card, they got payment that same day) and we still have not received our order (it is now 12/6/06). For some reason, our order was shipped to NC (we are located in WA) I have been on the phone daily with them - trying to get tracking information. I asked to speak to a Manager or President of the company, and was told that they were not there. So I asked for an email address and asked that they spell it out for me - the email address I was given is invalid.
I am very unhappy with the service they have given our company. When I asked for the tracking number and found out that our order went to North Carolina, I asked that our order be shipped overnight (since Top & Tech made the mistake and we have been waiting for our order) they finally "supposedly" shipped our order 11/29 and they shipped 3 day – while I’ve been in contact with them about our order since 11/27 when I found out it went to North Carolina. I had placed the order with Jerrick on the phone and Jerrick had me speak to Chris. Chris said to me, “I remember when you placed this order with me you said that the order was going to be shipped to a different address” – which is NOT EVEN CLOSE to the truth. I had to keep calling them to get information and I still don’t have a tracking number. They don’t return calls even though they say they will.
Another thing, one of our Engineers contacted Top & Tech with questions and was told that that Top & Tech doesn’t sell keyboards – until he gave them past order history information – yet they still were not returning his calls or answering his questions.
We have been waiting for this order which I placed on 11/17, it is now 12/6... Their service is extremely poor!"
"My purchasing experience was not too good. I had to purchase 30 cooling fans to replace failing fans in my lab's servers. Coolerstar had them, but their site has no contact information. I placed the order , but they were unable to complete the transaction. After a few exchanges, they were unable to do the credit card transaction. They did not return my or my lab assistant's emails concerning our order. I was finally able to cancel my order after running a WHOIS search on their domain and calling them. I would never recommend this company to anyone."
"WON'T BE FOOLED AGAIN - I ordered a DVD drive from them eight days ago. I received an order confirmation, but no tracking number or DVD drive. Their website says they ship products the same day if they receive an order by 4PM. Clearly this is not the case as my order was in well before noon, over a week ago, and I still have no DVD drive. I have canceled my order and will never use them again. - UPDATE: They never even began processing my order after 8 days. They have no toll-free number, so I had to contact them through email. A day after I emailed all of their listed addresses, I finally received a response agreeing to cancel my order. Stay away from these people, far, far away..."

"I ordered the Thermaltake Smart Fan 2 from Coolerstar. I called before I placed my order to resolve any issues about paying using a money order. After placing the order, I waited almost 2 weeks. I gave them a call and the lady who answered the phone told me that they had no record of my order and that they didn't even accept money oders! Luckily I remembered the name of the person I had first spoken to. She was able to tell me they had just mailed my package. I got it the third week from when I had place my order."
"My first order was on Jan 7. I ordered some fans, fan adapter, thermal paste, and (5) 300W ATX power supplies ($12each). All my order arrived okay except for the 5 power supplies. All 5 had the PASS seals broken, so they had obviously been opened before. What are they selling, refurbished supplies but not labeling them as such? Also they had scratches all over them, they looked used. One supply had all half faded brown molex connectors. Looked like it was left halfway in the sun. And 1 had a large dent in the side, but I think that happened during shipping.
Anyway, I put that supply into my Celeron 450 system which needed one for quite some time. It only lasted for 6 days. So I had to call them in NJ, I'm in CA, and get an RMA#. I wanted to send them all back, since they were opened and weren't in good shape. They gave me an adress in Chino, CA (which is a plus) to ship it to. It's been a week, and I still haven't received my $60 return.
So on the same day I returned them to CA, I ordered 3 more supplies from them from NJ. More expensive supplies this time($19each) and AMD & FCC approved too, which are supposed to be better quality. I even made a note on my new order to not give me supplies which had already been opened.
I've received the 3 new supplies today, but I got the brand "Deep Electronic Co." 300W Model: DP-ATX730B. I had ordered 3 "Superpower ATX 300W". I think the Superpower brands are supposed to be better. So I guess they're false advertising.
Oh, guess what, all 3 of these supplies had the PASS seals broken too. I've ordered from them in the past and have been happy, but that's because I didn't buy power supplies that time. So don't buy any power supplies from this company. You'll never know what you'll get."
"Ordered some round IDE cables, some fan filters and grilles and a Thermaltake memory cooling kit from these guys on Sept. 13th.
Later that day I got an email from Coolerstar stating that they were out of the chrome fan grilles I had ordered, but they did have them in gold and would I like those instead? I called and confirmed that the gold grilles would be fine.
Later still on the 13th, I was pleased to get a shipping notification from UPS. Quite please so far.
Received my package on the 17th. The box was a bit small for all the stuff inside, but there was enough packing material that everything arrived in one piece. Not that I ordered anything delicate, but still...
One problem though - after unpacking the box, I noticed a definite lack of memory cooling kit. I called CoolerStar and spoke to Stephanie, who told me that they'd had to put the kit on back order when they shipped my parcel but they now had the kit in.
The cooling kit was shipped to me next day at no extra charge, and I received it on the 23rd.
All in all, I'm very happy with the level of customer service I received and would have no qualms about buying again from these guys."
"I ordered a USB window case (USB Window Case w/ 400W 326603/ 8870-Purple 1 99.00 LightOption = Purple) and was sent the wrong model of the window case. They also forgot to send the cathode light. I attribute this to them being out of stock of purple lights but not telling me. Coolerstar was able to send out the correct case and returned the wrong case free from re-stocking fees, offered a $10 credit if I'd keep the wrong case, and was pleasant after I refused the credit and when I wanted the case I paid for. This entire transaction took about 1 week."

"Great company for cables. They are cheap and shipping for me only takes 2 days. Based out of NJ is a nice area and it has to be great for business. I've ordered 3 times from them. First a fan power splitter. Then 2 rounded 2 device IDE cabes and a rounded disk drive cable. The last time was 2 more y-fan cables and a 3 to 4 pin y fan cable. Everything works great. I love everything about them. Good company...I recomend it (for small items) I don't know about bigger items such as cases or anything so don't ask me about that...A+ service and customer help!
