"You all have great products! But your down fall is the price of your shipping. Your competitors often offer free shipping for all orders, or the shipping cost is quite a bit less. I needed my order in ASAP, but to over night it or pay for faster shipping would have cost just as much as the item that I bought."

"I find it very inconvenient and frustrating to have to pull the laces out of the top 3 or 4 grommets to open my boots wide enough to get them on, then have to re-thread the laces. When I was in the Army 45 years ago, I had zippers laced into my boots for that reason. My daughter did a web search for me and found these zippers. I have not had reason to wear the boots since I installed them, but I think they will do the job. My one concern is that they are very stiff to operate and were that way before they were installed. I may have to find a zipper lubrication or try candle wax on them. "
