"Great price and product (staples for Canon printer) was as described. However, we had a problem with the shipping.

The product is a small box containing three cartridges, which are spring-loaded; we ordered two boxes. During the shipment, the springs in 4 of the 6 cartridges had "sprung". We were able to fix them, losing a few staples from one cartridge but otherwise they appear to be OK. Strongly recommend shipping these in a small box to give better protection (previous vendor did this and we didn't have any problems.)"
