So in a way I prefer an option like barnes & noble where I can select whether I want everything in one shipment (usually delays the order) or in multiple shipments as they become available."

The shipping was free, and although it was not an urgent order, it arrived within just a couple of days of purchasing it. My scanner was well packaged, and in perfect condition. There was a rebate promotion available from the manufacturer, but it would have been nice if my order arrived with a courtesy reminder about the rebate. All in all, for price, ease of ordering, and rapid delivery, I would use Cost Central again. "

"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

We ordered a computer module for an ELO touch screen display which was DOA. The manufacturer's tech support said to contact the vendor for replacement since the unit was obviously defective. We did so but Cost Central has so far refused and just gives us the run around saying our RMA is is under consideration!

Befware if these guys ship you a defective product you may be stuick with it unless the manufacture will arange to take it back directly."
