"When I originally found the HP laptop on the Cost Central website there showed 95 in stock. I was happy with the price so I started the process of placing the order. During the process I had a question so I called customer service. They answered the question promptly so I completed the order. The next thing I know my order was cancelled. I called customer service who told me there must have been a large order that bought ALL of the available computers, even though the website still showed 95 available!!!! I checked the next day and there were still 95 available, BUT the price had been raised about $20.00. When I confronted the customer service personnel they told me that there was nothing that they could do to assist on the price. I still purchased the computer because I was in a bind. I had already given them all of my information (credit card information, address, etc.), and didn’t want to have to give it to another company. I still feel like I was given the old bait and switch to the tune of $20.00!!!!!!!"
