This email also asked for a response if I wanted to cancel the order. I responded twice to cancel, but still received 2 more "order on hold - contact us immediately" emails until I finally had to call to cancel. I read Cost Central's response to another customer that "bragged" about being one of the few online merchants providing a method to check stock. That would be great if it were accurate and not misleading to your customers. I am a computer professional and with today's technology that is possible. It also does not excuse the multiple emails and the lack of response to my own that I wanted to cancel my order. I responded as requested but still had to call. This "review" is not meant to belittle, but to offer constructive criticism for my experience."
