"While searching for the product I was interested in buying, I stumbled across the Cost Central Website during a Google search. I browsed the site which had numerous items I would be interested in purchasing and decided to place an order to try the site out. The order went well until the merchandise arrived. They shipped TWO of the same products instead of just the one that I ordered. Noticing that it was dropped shipped, somewhere, someone had gotten my order incorrect, but I had only paid for one and received two. Being honest, I made the phone call to the customer service dept. and then was transferred to the returns dept at which point my "return" was handled and I received my email for the Fed-Ex prepaid return promptly. All in all my first order had issues but they were handled professionally. I would order again from Cost Central.
