"Super Fast Delivery... Only the bluetooth was damaged upon arrival due to the half-assed packaging job. To me I'd rather have my equipment take an extra week as long as it is packaged correctly. Ordered on Monday received on Friday using the standard free delivery. Received the item brand new in package. My qualm is the Plantronics blue tooth M1100 is on a plastic stake surrounded by air in a plastic case. The way it was packaged and handled the plastic stake holding the blue tooth broke. Leaving the bluetooth headset to rattle around the plastic case it was in. However, so far so good as it is working and does not seem to be damaged. Time will tell. I can't say this is the seller's fault as much as it is the Manufacturer for how they package their goods. Although, if Cost Central/ Erie Computer were to have packed it in an actual box with pads around it, instead of a plastic bag. This issue would not have occurred. "
