"The order was delivered in a timely fashion. We did have a problem getting the charge approved and were told at one point that the order was canceled. However, through several phone calls & verifications we got it re-initiated and luckily it arrived in time. There's nothing wrong with good fraud security but we honestly thought at one point that their's was TOO good, because it looked like the order wasn't going to go through. "i had a very different experience. at first everything was great. best price on the internet, customer service called me to verify my order and the woman was really nice. then a few days went by and i was surprised it hadn't shipped yet, so i sent an email. no reply for 24 hours. so i called them and surprise! my item was on backorder, and no one had told me. they insisted they'd sent an email, but i have a blackberry and get all my emails instantly, and i even went into junk mail to search, and nothing. they were unsure of when it'd be in stock, and never offered an apology at ALL even though my xmas was riding on this gift. then i said, well i might need to cancel, and he said well, that's your right. when i called back to cancel, i gave him my address only, and he told me ok, it's canceled. and that was the end of the phone call. i emailed for verification, and the email i got back said: "your order was canceled." thanks for the great customer service. you guys really went out of your way!
