"Once you're in the cue, the first person you meet at the desk is the assistant service manager and he (in this case) creates the first impression of what you are to expect from his dealership. He was awesome. He went over my vehicle requirements of service and went from there. He texted me several times to let me know the status and where they were on the service protocols. He later came back as said that I needed a few additional service items and if I was ok to approve the workorder. Which I did. I just relocated from Virginia to this area of Florida, and I checked all the various Toyota locations and from what read this was one of the best. I wasn't disappointed plus since I was a retired military person I was given an additional discount on my bill. Great job. Highly recommend this dealership. Kudos to your Assistant Service Manager Mr. Vincent Lopez. "
"I recently purchased a 2024 Tundra TRD Pro but was very disappointed as a long-term customer because of the finance department. During my contract signing, the finance representative included a non-refundable interior and exterior warranty (CalTex Resistall) without my knowledge in the amount $1024. The second incident was that I was quoted a price for a 10-year-100 K warranty but learned that the warranty is only good for 8-years or 60K miles for the quoted price that I was charged. The finance representative conveniently forgot to include the backup paperwork for both warranties in my final sales packet, until I questioned him about the warranties that had been included in my contract without any documentation to support them. I have purchased about 4 automobiles from Courtesy Toyota of Brandon over the years but now they have lost a long-term customer for future purchases. "

"All online orders are delayed two days as a penalty for not paying two to three times MSRP at the counter. Thankful that they do offer online ordering as it's a pain having to haggle at the counter to not get an insane markup and the nonsense answers provided upon questioning."

"I placed and order never received and customer service is horrible. Nobody knew anything or could give me any type of update after waiting almost a month for my order! All I kept hearing is "I don't know what's going on" and dead silence...after no resolution was offered, I ask for a refund.
