"I purchased a mask and head gear because their Canada Day sale flyer indicated with this purchase I would get an extra set of headgear for free. When the package arrived they had given me a different Canada Day bonus, which I did not want, and I did not get my free head gear. I indicated somewhat dissatisfied because I expect this was likely an oversight - I've emailed them about it and I expect they'll get this resolved because my past experiences with them have always included excellent customer service. This is the first time they did not deliver exactly what they promised."
