"I received the items in good order.
This is the first time I have used to online ordering system. Previously I have ordered by phone or in store. My experience in summary is they both of the previously used methods were more efficient and reliable.
This is why, When I ordered it I was told it would ship next business day. When I did not receive any notice or the products after a week, I called the your office and was told that one item was back ordered but it was i stock now and would ship next day. She said I would get an email when it was shipped. I never did.
As stated the products were in my mail box about 4 days later.
This delay and lack of communication concerned me because I have had previous issues with Paypal and even though I paid with my credit card the receipt came from Paypal and not CPAP Clinic.
